Results from blood tests

Today I rang The Freeman TP Outpaitients for my results. They are the same
150mgs twice a day of Cyclosporin,
150mgs Azathioprine,
8mgs Prednisolone
On top of those important ones to prevent rejection I also take
100mcgs of Thyroine,
60mgs Adalat LA,
10mgs Simnastatine,
and 12mgs warfarin
Not bad now when I first had my transplant I was taking 12 different drugs
some for pain relief, laxatives, anti viral and anti biotic as well as a mouth wash.
The cyclosporin tablets were so big I could not swollow them and had to take the liquid form which tasted horrible.
Now I am able to take the smaller cyclosporin capsules fortunately

My next bloods check is the first wek of the new year the I have my MOT 2nd February instead of 19th January. I hope the weather is fine. I usually get a hospital car to take me to Freeman outpatients and he picks me up at about 5am to get me there for 7.30am. He has to get up about 2am to get down to Selby. These Guys are all vollunteers real stars they are drive in all weathers.
